Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping.
It's just Casey in the warehouse so please be patient :)
How much is shipping?
US Shipping
We partner with various shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $200.
International Shipping
We partner with various shipping carriers for international delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship all of our international orders DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) through DHL Express, our international shipping partner. International rates at checkout will include all tariffs and customs charges associated with cross-boarder shipping.
Are duties and taxes included on my order?
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are collected at checkout to prevent customs delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund. We just ask that the items be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
*PLEASE NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain accessories, including but not limited to hats, socks, and hand wraps.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email care@houseofmartial.com with your order number.
Are exchanges free?
Yes, direct exchanges for a different size are always free. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the shipping for the new size.
If you would like to exchange for a new/different product, you will need to initiate a return, then we can issue you store credit as soon as the return item has shipped.
What items are final sale?
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain accessories, including but not limited to hats, socks, and hand wraps.
